Our stores are open Monday to Friday 10–19, Saturdays 10–17. On Sundays the stores are closed.

Our stores are cashless. We accept all common debit and credit cards as well as mobile payments.
According to Finland's tobacco act, the display and marketing of nicotine products to consumers is prohibited. For this reason we unfortunately cannot share information about specific products, their properties or prices by email, phone or social media.

The tobacco act prohibits the sale and transfer of nicotine products to persons under 18. We make sure the 18-year age limit is strictly followed in our stores.
Estimating age is in many situations very challenging. Therefore we verify the age of all customers who appear to be under 30, and similarly all members of the same party. We refrain from selling products to an adult if we suspect the products may be passed on to a minor.
Young customer, please prove your age on your own initiative when shopping at Nicotine. It makes the store visit easier and faster.
No. According to Finland's tobacco act, distance sales of e-cigarette products and nicotine pouches are prohibited, and nicotine products may only be sold in physical points of sale in Finland.

Yes. The exchange and return right applies to unopened products, and is valid 14 days from the purchase date. For exchange or return the product's receipt.
Bring the unopened product with the receipt to our store and we will handle the return or exchange.
Product defects are rare but not impossible. If you suspect you have bought a defective product from us, stop using it immediately and return the product to our store.
We will check the product in the store and confirm whether the product is defective. When we confirm the defect, you will get a refund for the product you bought.
Instructions for returning a defective product:
By bringing product defects to our attention we can confirm whether the issue is isolated or affects a wider batch. Together with the manufacturer we can prevent new defects.
E-cigarette devices, i.e. vapes, are electronic devices powered by a battery. Disposable vapes or other vape devices must not be thrown in mixed waste.
End-of-life e-cigarette devices are WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) and must be taken to recycling.
Bring your vape to Nicotine for recycling. We will accept your old vape devices and recycle them for you.
It is also possible to take vapes to an electrical and electronic equipment collection point. You can check the nearest collection point for example on kierratys.info.
Our Joensuu store is fully accessible. The Vaasa store is almost fully accessible — a ramp leads from the street to the door, and the entrance vestibule is tight and has two small thresholds. The store interior is otherwise accessible.
