What you might think
We sell products that no one should use. That is exactly why we do it more transparently than anyone else.
We do not glorify use, we do not market to minors and we do not hide health risks. We speak about nicotine products truthfully and neutrally — we do not classify them as "less harmful" and we do not present any nicotine product as a wellness solution.
How we operate
We enforce the 18-year age limit uncompromisingly. We ask customers who appear to be under 30 to prove their age.
We refrain from selling products to an adult if we suspect the products may be passed on to a minor.
All nicotine products are harmful to health, and this fact is not circumvented or softened. We do not present smoke-free nicotine products as tools for quitting smoking.
We describe products' properties, limitations and risks as they are.
We train our staff thoroughly in products, legislation and responsible customer service.
Our staff answers questions about nicotine products with accurate information — we avoid intellectual dishonesty and cherish expertise.
We actively cooperate with supervisory authorities. All products with their notification obligations are in order.
We also cooperate with substance abuse prevention organizations whenever help has been requested.
Our background
Nicotine is owned by Suomen Tuontiliike Oy — a distribution company operating in the industry since 2013, whose customers include S Group, Kesko and R-Kioski.
Nicotine has its own professional board whose expertise covers building a retail chain, financing growth and deep knowledge of the industry.
For the landlord this means: a solvent tenant with an established industry player behind it — not an early-stage entrepreneur whose financing may run out mid-lease.

Two current, profitable stores. The concept has been tested and the business model works.

The goal is to build Finland's leading place to buy nicotine products.

A compact store space with good visibility and a functional customer service area.
Primarily the Helsinki area in 2026. After that, other growth cities in Finland.
